Because we care we offer a full return and exchange on items purchased from Brandatt.com, within 14 calendar days of purchase under the following conditions:
RETURNS
Returned or exchanged items must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the items quality, fake, fiddle or does not match the specifications stated on Brandatt.
Returned and exchanged items should be in their original and re-sellable condition, with all labels attached along with the invoices.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Delivery charges for All orders are non-refundable.
If you would like to return or exchange an eligible item within 14 days of purchase:
- Login to your Brandatt account via website or application
- Go to “My account” and select order history, then select the order you wish to return/replace
- Click on return at the bottom of the page and our customer service team will contact within one business day to process your request

When we collect your item, please provide us the original invoice at time of purchase.
Refunds will be based on your payment method.
K-net / Credit cards: refunds will be by Bank transfers and will take 3 to 5 business days.
Cash on delivery: refunds will be by Cash, Coupons or Customer`s E-Wallet.
