Return & Exchange Policy

Because we care we offer a full return and exchange on items purchased from Brandatt.com, within 14 calendar days of purchase under the following conditions:


LOCAL RETURNS


  1. Returned or exchanged items must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the items quality, fake, fiddle or does not match the specifications stated on Brandatt.



  1. Returned and exchanged items should be unworn and in their original and re-sellable condition, with all tags and labels attached along with the invoices, and shoes should be returned to their original box.


  1. Accessories, inner wear, swimwear, socks, Bukhur, and baby items are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable due to hygiene reasons.


  1. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.


  1. Delivery charges for All orders are non-refundable.


  1. If you would like to return or exchange an eligible item within 14 days of purchase:

 


-        Login to your Brandatt account via website or application


-        Go to “My account” and select order history, then select the order you wish to return/replace


-        Click on return at the bottom of the page and our customer service team will contact within one business day to process your request

  1. When we collect your item, please provide us the original invoice at time of purchase.


  1. Refunds will be based on your payment method.


  •  K-net / Credit cards: refunds will be by Bank transfers and will take 3 to 5 business days.

  •  Cash on delivery: refunds will be by Cash, Coupons or Customer`s E-Wallet.


  1. Please allow us 7 business days to assess your return or exchange request.


International returns.


  1. If you would like to return or exchange an eligible item, you can contact our customer service center and we will arrange for pickup from your address stated in your invoice. When we collect your item, please provide us the original invoice at time of purchase.

  2. Once we receive the returned order, please allow us 10 business days to our warehouse to assess your return request.

  3.  Refund will be via bank transfers, coupons, or Customer`s E-Wallet.
