How to use

• Close your eyes, spray onto face and neck, morning and evening. 
• Pat down gently, let act for 5 minutes and apply the adapted HORMETA day or night cream.

• Once or twice a week, to complete the care treatment, apply after spraying, the HORMETA bio-sulphur Mask.
